You can book a tour at the office of Let’s Go Asia Travel, social networks such as our Viber/Facebook/Whatsapp or via the Internet such as E-mail/online booking.

  1. What if I have special needs for the tour?

If you have any special requirement, for example, a big group or children, handicapped or physical limitation, vegetarian or any allergy as well as any special transportation inquiry, please let us know, we will discuss with you to meet your needs.

  1. What if I have problems with the tour?

Any clients’ feedback is always our motivation to promote service or improve service quality for the best tours in the future.

If you have any complaint or unexpected problems during our tours, please let us know as soon as possible to find the timely solutions in order that you can continuously enjoy your happy vacation.

  1. What does the tour include?

There is a wide range of choice for you when you book tour service with us:

  • Full packages including a tour guide, transportation, accommodation, meals and entrance fee
  • Some tours only consisting of a tour guide and transport
  • Others including private transfer & accommodation
  • Or only transfer is provided
  • Even Seat-in-coach tour if you are solo traveler

  1. How long is tour valid for?

Regarding validity of tour packages, please note that it is normally a short time, lasting about 1 month before travelling date, please take it into account in advance to avoid any unexpected situation, especially when your trip take place in local pubic holiday.

  1. Any surcharge if I travel alone but the price is applied for a group with above 3 visitors.

Yes, definitely. You need to pay some extra money to join the tours if you don’t have companions. But, we will be flexible to offer you the best rate, for example, Joint Tours, instead of private tours.

  1. Can I extend my stay?

Yes, you can. You can extend your stay and pay for extra night charge or others on request.

  1. Can I upgrade the tour to a 4 or 5 star hotel

Yes, you can. It is completely possible to upgrade your tour into 4 or 5 star hotel by paying the extra money for new hotel rates.

  1. When do I have to make payment for my booking?

For long trips, it is essential for us to get some deposit from you in order that we can block service in advance, then you can make full payment at least 30 days – 21 days before travelling date. For short tour, you can make payment about 15 – 7 days before travelling date.

Booking via the Internet shall comply with the payment policy as mentioned.

  1. What if I need to cancel or change my itinerary?

If you want to cancel tours or change itinerary, please let us know as soon as possible because all tours have their own cut-off-date without penalty. So suppliers have the right to penalty us if tours are canceled after deadline.

With every confirmed booking, we always mention the cut-off-date in order that clients can actively follow up and arrange plans. In the case you have to cancel or change itinerary after overdue deadline, our responsibility is to negotiate with suppliers to support you as much as possible.

  1. Can I make a reservation for someone else?

Yes, you can. You can make a reservation for other persons. You can also pay by cash or bank transfer for someone else. In the case, you make payment via credit card, the name on credit card must match the name of clients.

  1. How do I know my reservation is confirmed?

After you make an online booking, we will follow up with you to confirm availability and confirm the booking. Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive our follow-up and confirmation email or fax.

  1. Which payment methods do you accept?
  • Customers in Vietnam:

For customers within Vietnam, we accept payment by cash, credit card and bank transfer.

  • Customers outside Vietnam:

If you stay outside Vietnam, it is impossible for us to get your payment in cash on arrival date, so we will only accept payment by credit card or Western Union.

  1. How can I know the due date for payment?

With all confirmed bookings, we will inform you due date for payment, based on cut-off-date of bookings. Normally, for tours and flights, you can make a booking and then we can hold the booking for a limited period of time until you are ready to purchase and issue the ticket. When you make a booking, we will inform you of the amount of time until the ticket must be issued for final confirmation.

For hotels, in order to make a booking and hold a room, you must confirm and pay immediately. Unfortunately, we cannot hold a hotel booking for you without payment.
